Just because winter is fast approaching, doesn’t mean there aren’t plenty of reasons to leave your house. Lucky for you, Boston is a hub for arts and culture, and many of the top acts in the world travel to New England on their international tours. With so many local venues of all sizes and kinds, there are plenty of concerts to choose from. We’ve rounded up the very best for this month, so buy your ticket soon!

TD Garden is one of the area’s biggest and best concert venues for headlining acts. This month’s shows include Elton John’s stop along his farewell tour on Friday, November 15th at 8 pm. For a younger pop crowd, another headlining act at TD Garden is the Jonas Brothers on Sunday, November 24th. Despite the huge venue, both are sure to sell out, so get your ticket soon.

The Wang Theatre, a beautiful old theatre opened in 1925, will play host to the one and only, Madonna. The pop icon will hold her show here for three nights from Saturday, November 30th to Monday, December 2nd. Hozier, the Irish singer-songwriter will perform on Tuesday, November 12th and Wednesday, November 13th.

For a jazzier, cozier nightclub atmosphere, the House of Blues will likewise play host to several noteworthy shows this month, including Gramatik on Thursday, November 21nd, Steel Panther on Sunday, November 24th, Louis the Child from Friday, November 15th to Sunday, November 17th, and FKA Twigs on Tuesday, November 19th.

Finally, for those who would rather see a dance performance, or want to get into the holiday mood, get ready for The Nutcracker performance from the Boston Ballet at Citizens Bank Opera House, which kicks off November 29th.

No matter what genre you’re into, there are plenty to choose from. Be sure to get your tickets soon before they sell out, and contact GO Boston for all your transportation needs, so you can focus on the night ahead.
